This 7-coin 1986 prestige proof set includes the enormously popular “Statue of Liberty” silver dollar and copper-nickel half dollar proofs. The dollar presents Lady Liberty in New York Harbor with Ellis Island (“Gateway to America”) in the background. On the reverse side is a closeup of Liberty’s Torch of Freedom. Also included, in superlative proof form, are the date’s regular issue cent, nickel, dime, quarter and half dollar.
