In the past few years the production numbers for Canada's annual mint sets have been on the decline. This 2011 set's 55,000 mintage is well below the 75,000 produced in 2008. In comparison the U.S. produces over 4,000,000 proof and mint sets annually. Thus, this set may be difficult to find in the future. Included are proof-like BUs of all seven of Canada's circulation coins; Maple Leaf penny, Beaver nickel, Bluenose Schooner dime, Caribou quarter, Coat of Arms half dollar, Loon dollar (loonie) and Polar Bear two dollar (toonie).
