Each year the esteemed Perth Mint creates a new engraving of a Kangaroo, the proud symbol of Australia. The new 2007 design was created by the popular Australian artist and entertainer, Rolf Harris. Shown is a heartwarming scene of a Joey enfolded in its mother’s embrace. The marsupials are surrounded by gum trees which dominate the flora of Australia.
