Our standard postage and handling fee for U.S. orders is $6.95 (10-14 day estimated delivery). We offer expediated delivery for $10.95 (3-5 day estimated delivery). U.S. orders over $499 ship for free.

You can also choose two-day delivery on in-stock items for $28 for the continental U.S. or $35 for Alaska and Hawaii.

Canadian orders ship for $14.95 and all other countries ship for $25.

Please note: due to credit card processing and shipping issues international orders may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. International orders using PayPal will be processed immediately.

RETURNS:

We offer a 30-day no-risk home examination on regular purchases. Special order items have a 10 day return privilege.

Call 1-800-451-4463, Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST, for a Return Authorization Number.

Please enclose a letter noting the reason for the return and stating your preference for a refund or exchange. Include your invoice number(s) and be sure to state your full name, address and telephone number.

Package all returns as safely as possible in a heavy duty envelope. Returns should never be sent in letter envelopes. Be sure to wrap your item(s) carefully. Never use tape directly on coins or cases.

Never crack coins out of certified cases.
Never clean coins with toning or spots. Return the coins for exchange in their original condition.
